This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for our coaching programs and membership services.
1. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting us directly at membership@commercialrealestatewholesalers.com.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Access to membership resources will remain available until the current paid period expires.
2. Refunds
Coaching Services: Coaching sessions and digital coaching materials are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Membership Fees: Membership fees are typically non-refundable, including partial months of service, unless otherwise required by law.
Promotions/Trials: If we offer a free trial or promotional membership, charges will begin at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the billing date.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in limited cases of technical error (e.g., duplicate charges).
3. Changes to Membership Plans
You may cancel your membership plan where available. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless specified otherwise.
Any differences in fees will be reflected in the new billing cycle.
